- Complaints are accepted up to 14 days from the date of dispatch / receipt of the thematic statement.
After this time, the order is deemed to have been completed and accepted by the recipient. - If you do not receive your topic statement by the deadline, please call the Medical Information Centre - statements as soon as possible.
