Possibility of processing orders
Form
Collections of historical medical books, journals and old prints, documenting the development of medical science and medical practice over the centuries.
The basic form for placing orders is the form. In case of any difficulties with its use, it is possible to contact the Readers' Service Department by e-mail (zamow.kopie@gbl.waw.pl) or telephone (22-849-78-51 w.129).
- In the event that the Library does not have the requested materials in its collection, it is possible to import copies from the resources of national libraries
- The service is provided within 2 weeks
- The price for 1 page of copy is £1.60.

The Main Medical Library performs reprographic services from library materials in accordance with the current Act on Copyright and Related Rights of 4 February 1994 (Dz. U. No. 24, item 83 as amended on 23.02.1994, consolidated text Dz. U. 2006 No. 90 item 631 as amended).

When ordering scans in JPG, TIFF format of selected photos with processing, please specify how the order is to be made
- Scale (1:1, reduction, magnification in percentage)
- Drawings, photographs with/without captions
- In colour, greyscale or black and white
Shipping costs
- By post - according to postal tariff
- By e-mail - free of charge (we send the bill for the service to the orderer by e-mail or by registered mail at an additional cost according to the postal tariff)
In the event that the Ordering Party orders a method of collection that significantly increases the total cost of the service, the Reprographic Studio will individually agree on the optimum method of copying, if possible.
